Clipart Of Detergents

Swordfish baked with sundried tomatoes, capers and olives

Hello all s you and good Monday, and finally
'back the sun, even if the climate is harsh.
Today I'm going a little fast and I start immediately with the recipe (I did rhyme unintentional).

Serves 4 4

swordfish steaks
salted capers
20 10 20
dried tomatoes olives
Dry white wine

extra virgin olive oil Lemon juice Salt and pepper

The recipe 'very simple, it would be summer, but for someone like me who can not stay away from the fish, even in winter lends itself very well. Take a baking dish large
where lay the slices of fish without overlapping, I used the baking sheet directly.
Grease the baking dish (or baking) with some olive oil, lay the fish slices and cover flush with 50% and 50% lemon juice, dry white wine.
put on the olives, capers and sun-dried tomatoes coarsely chopped.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, the cooking liquid should reduce by half.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh salad, or as in my case, with the sweet and sour onions.

The wine brought by Vanni 's online wine cellars and the Doges' a Muller Thurgau Valle Isarco DOC sandman 2009 company Egger Ramer.
We will always remember the offer of online winery Cantine dei Dogi until February 14 (Valentine's Day takes a glass of wine), in addition to the 10% discount on your order you will receive a complimentary bottle of your choice between as many as 6 etichette.Il code to enter during the order is: aspassoincucina.

Enjoy
