start with preparing the oil flavored with mint, in a full glass of extra virgin olive oil you put 30 clean and chopped mint leaves, leave for 48 hours.
Prepare the pasta by mixing the flour with cocoa, put the eggs, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of olive oil, kneaded by hand or with the planet until the dough is firm and elastic.
Let stand for 30 minutes, then proceed to pull the dough by hand or machine and cut the noodles.
In a pan place the oil flavored with mint, cook the pasta in salted water and let it cook for 1 minute in the pan with the olive oil.
Serve with chopped hazelnuts from Piedmont.
