recently my recipes come in fits and starts and the reason is' easy to say, in fact the reasons are two, are easily understood.

Today's recipe makes me think of a blogger (my kitchen in india) and when the light ', will' upset.

Serves 4 800 grams of chicken breast
2 stalks of celery cleaned and cut into julienne strips 1 medium carrot
clean and small julienne

1 onion, chopped 1 green apple peeled and diced Vegetable stock

Farina
Curry

extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

start with cut the chicken into slices and then into strips, dipped in flour and put it aside.
cook the vegetables in a pan with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes (do not brown), add the chicken and brown on both sides, add salt and pepper.
Cover with the vegetable broth and cook about 40 minutes.
5 minutes from the final cooking, add the green apple and pine nuts, put the curry to taste.
Serve with boiled basmati rice.
